Complaints Policy

Should you wish to make a complaint please email

Please provide your name, address and telephone number and we will ensure you receive a reply within 48 hours.

You must allow for a minimum of 8 weeks for the complaint to be investigated however should you wish to take this further you can contact the PRS.
